  • At least one page must remain. Saving is blocked if every page is marked for deletion. Printed page numbers and contents pages are not rewritten automatically.

Are advanced PDF structures preserved?

Ordinary visible page content is retained, but digital signatures, bookmarks, forms, attachments, layers, some annotations, and special metadata may not be preserved completely. Editing a signed PDF can invalidate its existing digital signature.
