Terms of Use

Using the service

FileLivo provides free tools without an account. Use files you have permission to process and respect applicable law and third-party rights. Features and supported formats may change.

Compatibility and processing limits

Available output formats and processing limits depend on your browser, device memory, and file size and structure. Some encrypted, damaged, or unsupported files cannot be processed. Check the limits and warnings shown by each tool.

Quality changes and advanced PDF features

Image conversion, compression, and resizing can affect quality, resolution, transparency, and metadata. A target file size is not always achievable. Strong PDF compression and PDF-to-image conversion render pages as images.

PDF editing may not fully preserve digital signatures, bookmarks, forms, attachments, layers, some annotations, and special metadata. Editing a signed PDF can invalidate its existing signature.

Keep originals and check results

Keep important originals separately. Check pages, orientation, text, and image quality before using a result. Results vary by file, so successful or error-free processing of every file is not guaranteed. You can report errors through Contact. This guidance does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
