Check placement before downloading

The preview and final download use the same processing function, so position, rotation, opacity, and repeated patterns can be checked in advance.

A practical example

Enter “Review copy” in text mode or choose a logo in image mode. Adjust position, opacity, and rotation, then apply it to all pages or a range such as 1-3.

Check your result

Check the first and last affected pages in the saved PDF as well as the preview. Make sure the mark does not cover important text or signature fields, and that excluded pages remain unmarked.

Keep in mind for this task

  • A watermark adds a visible label; it does not prevent copying or editing and does not guarantee legal protection. Keep an unmarked original separately.

Frequently asked questions about PDF watermarks

Can I use Korean text?

Yes. The included open-source Korean font is embedded in full to display the watermark text.

Can I use a transparent PNG?

Yes. Transparent PNGs and regular PNG or JPG images are supported.

Is my file sent to a server?

No. The PDF, image, settings, and result stay inside your browser.

Are advanced PDF structures preserved?

Ordinary visible page content is retained, but digital signatures, bookmarks, forms, attachments, layers, some annotations, and special metadata may not be preserved completely. Adding a watermark to a signed PDF can invalidate its existing digital signature.
