Resize Image Dimensions
Use this tool when a profile photo or submission needs specific pixel dimensions. Changing width and height is different from meeting a file-size limit in KB or MB.

How to use this tool
- Choose your images, then select the one to edit.
- Keep the aspect ratio locked and enter a width or height. Unlock it only when you need both dimensions set independently, and check for stretching.
- Choose an output format and quality, then process. When applying settings to every image, check the resulting dimensions for each file.
What you get
You get a new image at the chosen pixel dimensions. Check its width, height and sharpness after downloading; the original file is unchanged.
Before you start
- Fewer pixels do not guarantee a smaller file. Format and encoding quality also affect file size.
- Enlarging a small image does not restore missing detail. Unlocking the ratio can stretch faces or lettering.
Common questions
What happens to height when I change width?
With the ratio locked, height is calculated from the original proportions. Editing height adjusts width instead.
Is this the right tool for a 200 KB limit?
Resize first if you also need different pixel dimensions. For a file-size limit alone, use image compression and set a target.
Do all images share the same settings?
You can edit images individually. Use Apply to all only when you want the same settings for the whole selection.
